Primary: Live REST Client ID + Secret from developer.paypal.com — we mint a token, test it, vault the secret, then checkout runs on your merchant credentials. Partner one-click when the platform is an approved PayPal partner. PayPal.me is optional backup only (redirect link, not full Orders API).
